I ordered four bridesmaids dresses in the same colour on the site and they are all slightly different. The sizing was wrong on the first batch I bought so I had to send them back and now I don't have time before the wedding to order new dresses... and what's the point as they'll all probably be in different shades anyway? Like they are all labelled "petal" but they are ever so slightly differ in shade. They don't match at all even thought they are meant to be the same colour.

I have returned an item 17 days ago and still they say they have not received it and will not issue refund coupon. Total scam. Read other reviews before you purchase. If you're lucky and item fits all good but if there's a problem and need an exchange or refund forget it !

JJs HOUSE HAVE ROBBED ME OF £60 and ruined a once in a life time event
I ordered 2 dressed for my graduation, a very special event in my life where pictures will be taken and one that I have waited over a year for due to Covid. The dresses said delivered to front porch, but they weren't and the parcel wasn't at any of my neighbours houses. There was no picture taken to prove delivery. I perused it with Yodel but their customer service is appalling and I was just consistently cut off from the live chat (there is no number to call), and then when I tried to lodge a complaint was cut off again.
Having spent over £100 and not received my purchase JJ house washed their hands of their delivery companies mistake saying it was my problem to take up with Yodel, but said as they cared about customer experience offered me a 40% refund or 50% voucher, meaning they have literally robbed me of £60. I am heartbroken to be planning to go to my graduation next week with no new dressed for my once in a life time pictures, that my grandparents saved the money for and gifted me. I entered a contract with JJs house to receive these dressed in exchange for this money, but they have simple stolen the money from my, alongside my graduation experience.

Absolutely stellar above and beyond expectations
Absolutely amazing to work with. They have a remarkable selection of not only dresses for brides but bridesmaids as well and mother of the bride. Not to mention the stellar jewelry offered and I cannot believe the prices that they offer for what you get because the dress I got and the jewelry is absolutely beautiful.

Total scammers, they will not fairly refund
I purchased two dresses that did not work for an event. I followed the directions on their website to process a refund. Now JJ'sHouse is telling me they've only received one of the two dresses that I purchased and returned! As a result, I will be receiving a partial refund. They are a total scam and do not grant refunds. Do not give them your business.

Item never arrived
I had ordered items from this website on 26th March which was paid in full. Unfortunately, items have not arrived, and the function is long gone.
There are no contact details and the livechat function doesn't work.
As one of the other reviews, I wish I could give this a '0'!

Poor service
I noticed the size was wrong on my order, contacted JJ's house. The order hadn't been dispatched. They charged me another 50% to change the dress size. Lied saying it had to be made from scratch. After I paid, my order arrived the next day. This just proves that they had the dress in stock and have literally ripped me off.

Absolutely Thrilled
Really happy with this site. I brought my wedding dress from here and it fits perfectly. I went with the custom made option and Im thrilled with how well it fits me. I can't wait to wear it. I normally prefer to try things like this on before I buy so was a bit reluctant. But I didn't need to worry. So happy.

Very happy with the gowna prom gown
When looking for a prom gown, we just couldn't find anything
We saw so many online, but Leary to spend so much if not reputable
We decided to try JJ's House after reading lots of positive reviews
I was worried because we only had 6 weeks, and if the dress came in as promised, we would just make it
It was ordered with customized measurements, and it arrived a week early.
When I opened the dress I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. None of the dresses we saw at the mall even compared!
She ended ordering shoes that arrived in time as well!

Prom Dress
My daughter ordered a custom dress, based on our measurements as their dresses aren't refundable (so felt pointless just ordering a standard size).
It's beautiful, fits perfectly and was comparable to the dresses in the shops >£500 (we paid £150)

Beautiful evening clutch
I ordered and received a beautiful silver evening clutch. The order was filled promptly and I love the merchandise. The quality is excellent. It was offered in a few different colors and the company contacted me to verify my color choice. It's the perfect size for my needs and easily accommodates my cell phone wallet, comb and lipstick.
